PRIVACY POLICY

Our Compliance and Consent General Data Protection Regulation form (PDF) shows what data is collected, the reason for collecting it, how it is stored, how it is shared and a GDPR compliance statement.

The Club’s Constitution has been updated to include our General Data Protection Regulation Policy.

As with most websites, this site saves details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. No personal information is gathered about a visitor to this site except when they provide it using an on-line form. Information gathered is not shared for any reason, unless required by law, without the express consent of the individual concerned. When making a comment (where permitted) a visitor’s name and comment will be visible to any subsequent visitor, but no other information will be shown.

To help us to understand which newsletter and reminder emails are being opened or clicked, anonymised tracking is enabled and used only for that purpose.
