PRIVACY POLICY
The TAARC General Data Protection Regulation Policy defines what data is collected, the reason for collecting it, how it is used and with whom it is shared.
In common with many websites, this site gathers details such as the visitor’s IP address, machine type, browser type, referring page, date and time of visit. No other personal information is gathered by the Club about a visitor to this site except when the visitor provides it by completing an on-line form and consenting on it’s use subject to the Club’s policies by pressing the submit button. The information gathered is not shared with anyone other than the Club’s officials, unless required by law, without the express consent of the individual concerned. When making a comment (where permitted) the commentor’s name and their comment will be visible to any subsequent visitor, but no other information will be shown.
The club offers optional event reminders and newsletter mailings to it’s members. To help us to understand which emails are being opened and enclosed links are being followed, anonymised tracking is enabled and used only for that purpose.
Members and aspiring members should make themselves familiar with the content of the TAARC Constitution.
